Confesses a Shopaholic

Posted on: August 2, 2007

i finished reading the first book, Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella. it’s light and fun, nothing too mind bending and pretty much seem to cater to the girl crowd, not that guys won’t enjoy it as well (i did!).

after Harry Potter book 7, this book is a welcome addition to my collection. i’ve practically put George R.R. Martin’s fantasy books on hold, as they require much thinking and name crunching to digest. what with work and all, a light read is what’s best, don’t you agree?

omg! i forgot to get Terry Goodkind’s Phantom. i just remembered. i’ve been waiting for the trade paperback edition to come out (hardcover ones too expensive) and i haven’t checked for the longest time if they’re available yet. gotta remind myself about this one.

anyways, off to work. plan to start on my next book later this evening.

disclaimer

u can regard everything here as fiction, or fanfiction (me being my own fan haha), or messed up ramblings from the deranged mind of a guy in his midlife crisis. whatever. comment as u see fit. the brainless ones go to /purgatory, not that i'm saying ur a zombie. then again seeing as i'm not getting much sleep lately, i probably am one. that said, u'll realise that u can't take legal action against a zombie. cause we've gots diplomatic immuniteh. rawr.
